My friend Clint built what we call a Taiko Class drum. It is 25.5 inches in Diameter and 31 inches tall. It is headed with hairless cowhide and is great fun to play. Take a look. I have posted my first you tube video. If not working, it will be soon.
The tank drum below is tuned to the key of C. It was cut with a plasma cutter by Clint Bach. The weak spot here is the drumming by me, hopefully will get a skilled drummer playing it soon to hear how it really sounds
